Opening a branch of 5,000 square feet in Boucherville (Qc Canada).

Construction of a building of 21,000 square feet (including 12,000 square feet dedicated to the company) in Montreal (Qc Canada).

Expansion of Montreal (Qc Canada) warehouse to reach 16,000 square feet.
2013
Jean Cousineau announce his retirement. Maxime and Isabelle then take over the business. Maxime as President and Isabelle as Vice-President.
2014
Construction and opening of a distribution center of 35,000 square feet in Mirabel (Qc Canada). Warehouse of Montreal became a service counter.
2015
Creation of Precision Bolts, An Ontarian division of Boulons Plus to better serve the Ontario (Canada) market.
2016
Introduction of our KPF’s F3125 Korean Import Line on the Canadian Market.
2017
We have expanded to Western Canada and United States to cover the whole North American market.
2018
Opening the American division of Precision Bolts on American soil (Salem, Oregon) to serve the Anchoring and Fastening Market.
2020
Implementation of a new ERP and WMS (Epicor P21) for all division, to support our growth and future goal.
